Now Hiring - Sales Associate - Palo Alto (Part-Time or Full-Time) in Palo Alto, CA

Our client, a global contemporary lifestyle brand, is looking for Sales Associates to join their team in Palo Alto. The ideal candidate has strong verbal and written communication skills and at least 2+ years of retail or sales experience with an entrepreneurial spirit. Applicants should have open availability to work, including weekends with light restrictions. This can either be a part-time or full-time role depending on candidate preference.

Job Duties Include:

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at all times
• Develop lasting client relationships by establishing a return client base and maintain an accurate client book
• Assist with maintaining visual merchandising standards when needed
• Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals
• Maintain an active floor presence
• Assist with organization and upkeep of both the front and back of house

Job Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in a retail sales environment
• Strong customer service and styling skills
• Ability to drive results
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Knowledge/experience in fashion industry

Pay: $22-26 Depending on Experience
